We help you stay motivated and on-task, moving toward your spiritual, physical, and real-world goals. We utilize homework, meditations, natural movements, yoga, healthy foods, positive habits, boundary work, automatic writing, art, drumming, play, Reiki, and much more!
We encourage you to try a 3-month commitment. Three months gives you enough time to create a new healthy routine.
We do not recommend more than 3 sessions per week as you need time alone, time to integrate, and time away from The Work.
